About
In the chaotic whirlwind of on-the-go student life, juggling classes and study breaks often leaves us pondering the eternal question: "What's for lunch?" Fear not, famished scholars! Introducing a solution born out of study session cravings and fast-paced hunger pangs – my brainchild, a vibrant and playful application designed to rescue you from the clutches of mealtime mayhem. Fueled by a fusion of UI/UX magic and meticulous research, this app is your passport to discovering the nearest, juiciest hamburgers around. Say goodbye to meal planning stress and hello to a world where burgers are just a tap away – because even a busy student deserves a bite of happiness!

Problem
University students were having trouble thinking what hamburger shops were open and what they were serving near campus, in-between and after classes.
Key insight
By conducting research about university student's user behavior, collecting data and studying other order ahead food apps, I quickly realized the main necessities for the application to function and reach the targeted audience. These insights helped me determined how to approach Bun&Go's application solution.
Most students chose to eat a hamburger over other fast food options. (31.3%)
More than half of college students eat fast food. (62%)
A majority choosing a quick and convenient option. (75%)
Goal
After researching university students eating habits, I set out to create an application that targets nearby hamburger restaurants near campus.
Solutions
01.
Simplify the current search experience.

02.
Create an interactive application.

03.
Focus on user feedback.

Style board
I created a style board to visualize my targeted audience and the direction I wanted to go with designing the application.

Design solutions
To ensure that I'd achieve my goals by the end of my design process, I came up with several interactive widgets and their function.
